Our Installation & Commissioning Process

    Site Survey & Planning

    Assess your facility, power supply, foundations, ventilation, and logistics. Define project battery limits and delivery schedule.
  2. 02

    Delivery & Positioning

    Coordinate transport, rigging, and precise positioning of the furnace. Civil, mechanical, and electrical preparation completed.
  3. 03

    Installation & Hookup

    Mechanical erection, electrical wiring, gas line connections, refractory work, insulation, and control system integration.
  4. 04

    Commissioning & Handover

    Functional testing, TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey), SAT (System Accuracy Test), operator training, and project sign-off.
